Are the hot tubs private?
Yes — hot tubs are private and associated with specific suites. Four of our Airstream suites feature private couples hot tubs by (The Manhattan, The Palmera, The Royale, The Cosmopolitan). You and your travel partner will have your own hot-tub deck, never shared with other guests.
Is my Unit Private?
Yes, you have a private Airstream Unit, Barrel Sauna, Dining Table, Fire Pit and Chairs.
Do all suites include a sauna?
Yes. Every suite at Streams & Dreams features its own private barrel sauna. Each sauna is exclusive to your unit and never shared, allowing you to enjoy a true couples sauna experience in complete privacy, year-round.
How Many Airstreams are on the Property?
Our property features 6 luxury Airstreams, thoughtfully arranged in a staggered layout with 30–50 feet of space between each for privacy and comfort.
Can I book hot tub or sauna add-ons for units without them?
Currently, hot tubs and saunas are fixed amenities tied to specific suites. If you’re interested in spa-style upgrades or special arrangements, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Each of the six luxury Airstreams is placed with privacy in mind, staggered with at least 30–50 feet of separation and oriented away from the road. Natural plantings further buffer sound and keep patios quiet and peaceful.
How far are your Airstreams from the road?
We’ve had a few guests mention hearing some road noise during the day while on the patio, especially when large trucks are passing by. Inside, your Airstream is a vault and very insulated from any outside noise.
While our Airstreams sit about 100 feet from the road for easy, year-round access (no steep hills or tricky terrain to navigate), we’ve designed Streams and Dreams to give you the best of both worlds: convenience and privacy.
Each Airstream is thoughtfully placed with patios facing away from the road, and none of our custom units have windows looking toward it. We’ve also planted a line of white pines along the road to create a natural sound and privacy buffer as they grow, as well as your arborvitae surrounding your patio and fire pit.
That means you’ll enjoy a private, easy-to-access stay with the ability to hop right on the road when it’s time to explore Hocking Hills — without sacrificing your peace and comfort while you’re here.

Is Streams and Dreams Dog Friendly?
Yes! Dogs are welcome at Streams and Dreams. 🐾 We’re happy to host well-behaved pups for an additional fee of $50 per stay (up to 2 dogs). Each dog must be 50 lbs or under, with a maximum of 2 dogs per unit.
