## Our Story

# At RLT Destinations, **The Road Less Traveled**, our story is built on friendship, entrepreneurship, and a shared passion for creating unforgettable places to stay.

Matt and Jeremy have been close friends for more than 20 years. Over the years, they have shared countless adventures, business ideas, and a mutual appreciation for the outdoors. Those experiences eventually inspired a simple question: *What if we could create the kind of destination we always wished existed?*

That vision was shaped by years of traveling in Airstreams, exploring campgrounds, glamping resorts, and unique destinations across the country. Along the way, one place continually stood out: Ohio's beautiful Hocking Hills. While the area is filled with incredible cabins and unique accommodations, there was an opportunity to create something different. We wanted to create a luxury glamping experience that blended the timeless charm of iconic Airstreams with high end amenities and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces.

In 2023, that vision became reality when Matt and Jeremy purchased 23 beautiful acres along State Route 180, nestled beside the picturesque Laurel Run. The property's natural beauty inspired the name **Streams and Dreams at Laurel Run**, paying tribute to the peaceful stream that winds through the land.

Transforming raw acreage into a destination has been an incredible journey. Every road, utility, pad, deck, fire pit, hot tub, sauna, and custom designed space has been created with the goal of providing guests an experience that feels both luxurious and connected to nature. Building Streams and Dreams has required patience, determination, and an unwavering commitment to quality, but seeing guests create memories here has made every challenge worthwhile.

Today, RLT Destinations continues to grow with one simple mission: to create extraordinary places where couples, families, and adventurers can slow down, reconnect, and experience the beauty of the outdoors without sacrificing comfort.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, escaping for a weekend, or simply looking for a peaceful retreat, we hope your stay becomes part of your own story.

**Welcome to Streams and Dreams at Laurel Run. We can't wait to welcome you to The Road Less Traveled.**
